Brian J. Delaney joined the firm as an attorney in 2004. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Saint Anselm College in 2001 and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2004. While at Suffolk, Brian was the associate production editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Brian’s practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, tax planning, and real estate. Brian is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Brian enjoys running and has participated in a number of half-marathons and marathons in the Boston area. He ran the 2017 Boston Marathon to benefit the Vernon Cancer Center at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Brian lives in Waltham with his wife Kristen and his three children, Jack, Brendan, and Keira.
